Some of our eBook databases allow the books to be downloaded to your computer or device.

Please note that downloading eBooks to read is not required. You can read the eBooks within the  database right from your PC.

eBook Databases with Downloads Available:

  • Academic Collection of eBooks and  Business eBook Collection (EBSCOhost)
    Titles can be read online through the database or can be downloaded onto a device. An EBSCO account is required, along with either Adobe Digital Editions or Bluefire Reader to open the book on your device. More information on EBSCO eBooks is available here.
  • ScienceDirect eBooks
  • Titles can be read online through the database or can be downloaded onto a device. Adobe Reader is required to open the book.
  • Ebook Central (ProQuest)

    Download the book to computers, tablets, and phones. Simply select your device in the first step, and you’ll  be guided through the rest!
    If you’re using a laptop or desktop, you need Adobe Digital Editions a free program that is different than Adobe Reader.
    A free Adobe ID is also required to transfer the eBook to another device, but not if you’re just reading it on the same computer.
