Most search pages have an option to restrict your search to “full text” articles. For example, you can specify that you are only looking for full text by clicking beside “Subscribed publications” in advanced search on ScienceDirect or by selecting “Only content I have access to” on Emerald. Discover also has this option on the left hand-side of any results page under "Limit To".

If the database is trying to charge you for a article after you have logged in with your TUS credentials, the full text is not available to you within the database you are searching.
