There are a number of options available for staff photocopying and printing. Your office should have either an Multi Function Printer (MFP) or a desktop printer. Any problems with either of these should be logged with Computer Services helpdesk.

  • Using the MFP in your office: If your office has an MFP you can use it to photocopy documents.

  • The IT service desk accepts digital request for class notes. If a lecturer wants class notes printed they can submit a print request through here: https://itservicedesk.midwest.tus.ie/support/catalog/items/24. If they want Continuous Assessment and non-semesterised exams (Internal) they need to submit the request here: https://itservicedesk.midwest.tus.ie/support/catalog/items/64. For CA exam prints they need to be collected before 5pm Monday to Friday as the evening person is a student and is not allowed to hand out exams. For both of these requests they must give a minimum of 5 days notice for all print jobs. Documents will be printed in the format they are sent, double sided and stapled. The IT service desk does not accept print request outside class material.

  • Using the photocopier in the library: This should only be used for small jobs.
