Before changing your password it might be worth clearing your cache to see if this resolves the issue, see Computer Services' guidelines on doing this here.

If your logins are still not working, you will need to contact the Computer Services Helpdesk where it can be changed for you. You can contact them through their page which you'll find in MyApps or by emailing itservicedesk.midwest@tus.ie
